Please read all the terms and conditions below carefully before using this platform. By registering an account or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.
bajiq is a reliable online gaming platform that provides casino games and sports betting services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bajiq and its users. Please read each section carefully and contact our support team if you have any questions.
Definitions and Scope of Application
The key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:
- "Platform" means bajiq's website, mobile site, and all services operated under it.
- "User" or "Player" means any person registered on the platform.
- "Account" means a user's personal registered profile.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit provided by bajiq.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the condition requiring a specified amount of betting to be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
These terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the bajiq platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To register and participate on the bajiq platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.
2.2 Account Creation Terms
Each user may operate only one single account. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If an account is created with false information, it will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
- A maximum of one account is permitted per person.
- Only one account may be opened from a single device, bank account, or identity document.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
bajiq may at any time request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other documents to verify a user's identity. bajiq reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is completed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit
The following methods are supported for depositing funds on the bajiq platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
- All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Sending deposit amounts through a third party is prohibited — only a payment account in your own name may be used.
- If a suspicious transaction is identified, bajiq may place the transaction on hold for investigation purposes.
3.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- bajiq may request additional verification for high-value withdrawals.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bajiq offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
bajiq reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a breach of bonus terms is detected, the bonus will be cancelled. Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in both accounts being closed.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
bajiq is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. If any software error, bug, or technical issue causes an abnormal win in any platform game, bajiq reserves the right to void that transaction.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Playing using any kind of bot, automated software, or algorithm.
- Participating in collusion or game manipulation.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, bajiq will immediately close the account and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
5.3 Sports Betting Rules
All markets shown in the sports betting section are for entertainment and illustrative purposes only. bajiq does not guarantee the result, date, or score of any match. Bets submitted after a betting market has closed will be considered void.
VIP Program and Cashback
bajiq's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Promotion to a higher tier is based on the user's regular activity and participation. bajiq reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.
Account Suspension and Closure
bajiq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Creating or operating an account using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Conducting fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Violating any clause of the terms and conditions.
- The user themselves requests account closure.
- A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
If an account is closed, any legitimate funds in the balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the relevant payment method, unless an investigation finds any irregularity.
Responsible Gaming
bajiq places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a source of income. The following features are available to every user:

- Due to delays or errors from a third-party payment provider.
- If a temporary service disruption occurs due to an unexpected technical failure.

Changes to Terms
bajiq reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through their registered contact method. However, the latest version of this page will always be considered the applicable version.
If you continue to use the platform after updated terms are published, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms.
General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between bajiq and the user and replace any prior oral or written agreements.
13.2 Severability
If any clause of these terms is considered unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.
13.3 Language
These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
